- What is the warranty period for the commercial refrigerator?
The standard warranty is one year for the whole unit, and 3 years for compressors.
- What does the warranty cover? (parts, labour, compressor, etc.)
The warranty covers all the parts for 2 years and 3 years for the compressor, the labor warranty is an extra cost.
- Are there any extended warranty options available?
Yes, customers can purchase an extra warranty yearly.
- How do customers initiate warranty claims or repairs?
Customers can call our service team at 626-362-2567 from Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Do you offer on-site servicing, or do customers need to send the refrigerator for repairs?
Yes, on-site servicing or repair are extra cost.
- What is the temperature range that the refrigerator can maintain?
For the freezer, the temperature range is 0F to 4F; for more relaxed, the temperature range is 33 to 42F
- Are there any energy efficiency ratings or certifications for the refrigerator?
All of the models have been DOE announced.
- How is the refrigerator powered? What are the electrical requirements?
Nominated Refrigerator power ranges from 200W to 3000W for different sizes, and the voltage is 110V or 230V, 60Hz.
- What type of refrigerant does the refrigerator use?
All NAFCOOL fridges come with natural gas R290A refrigerant.
- Can you explain the refrigerator's storage capacity and shelving options?
All the shelves can be adjustable for different heights, and the storage capacity is from the loading line to the bottom shelves.
- Are there any particular features or technology integrated into the refrigerator?
The system is easily maintenance designed, and all LED lighting, multidirectional castor for easy moving, digital controller for accurate temperature monitor and beverage divider shelf are also optional.
- Is professional installation recommended for the commercial refrigerator?
All of the models are plug-in refrigerators and no need for a professional engineer for installation; follow our user manual and instruction booklet.
- Are installation services offered, and if so, what is the associated cost?
No installation service is offered.
- Do you provide installation guidelines or assistance for self-installation?
Yes, we have the user manual for self-installation.
- What are the necessary clearances and ventilation requirements for proper installation?
All the refrigerator need to leave vertical for at least 24 hours before power on and mandatorily must be under ambient below 75F and humidity of 55%
Aceland Corporation offers free curbside shipping for all items, excluding additional accessorial charges (i.e. limited access, redelivery fee, detention fee, etc), unless additionally specified, to all US states, except Hawaii and Alaska (For shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska, please feel free to reach out to us for a competitive quote). Shipping normally takes 2-8 business days, inapplicable to unexpected special occasions that might delay the shipments. Standard Shipping Notes: *Our shipments are not guaranteed delivery, as we cannot control the carrier service once the order has been shipped. The exception to this is orders are placed and shipped using methods that include a guaranteed delivery date. *If an order is cancelled or refused (unless refused as damaged shipment) after it has been shipped, a 25% restocking fee and the full freight cost will be charged to the customer. *Please inspect all units upon arrival no matter what the outside packaging looks like. If there are too many units to inspect, or you are unsure about the inside condition, or the driver refuses to let you inspect the equipment, you MUST write on the proof of delivery/delivery slip before the driver leaves "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION". Failure to do so will result in the loss of a claim and we will not be able to send replacement parts, issue a discount or replace the equipment. Please see the attached for more freight receipt precautions. Aceland cannot be held liable for those damages not listed in the freight acceptance form!
Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals included. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. We also cannot accept returns on orders where a promotional item has not been returned with the order. These ‘extras’ must be included with your return to qualify for a full refund. When repacking an item for return, please be sure to include all the free and promotional items that came with your order as well as all applicable accessories and literature. Generally, as a “rule-of-thumb" you should return the items to us the same way we sent them to you - in the same condition and with all the original contents. If a promotional item is missing, its value will be added to the original price you paid for the order, thus reducing the amount of the refund, if such is issued. All return requests for the orders with any shipments that are drop shipped from our suppliers, we will need follow the return and refund policies by the suppliers. We do not accept returns on customized orders.
To qualify for a refund, our Return Conditions and Return and Exchange Instructions must be followed. If our steps are not followed, a refund may be issued in accordance with the condition of the returned merchandise and the value of any missing items. Refunds are not issued before the merchandise has been received, evaluated and processed by our Returns Team. Our/Manufacturer’s restocking fee charge(s) may differ, to cover our processing, packing and shipping expenses. Additional fees may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging. Your satisfaction is always our top priority. We work with our vendor partners to guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
