Designed for storing and serving ice cream, the Maxx Cold X-Series Sliding Glass Top Mobile Ice Cream Display Freezer is ideal for convenience stores, ice cream parlors, restaurants, sorbet and gelato shops, cafes, concession stands and more. The exterior is constructed of durable, white powder-coated steel, and the interior is constructed of painted white powder-coated steel. The glass top allows customers to view and choose products, and the sliding lid can be easily opened for quick and convenient access. The adjustable temperature range from -18°F to +10°F (-28°C to -12°C) allows for storing products at the optimal serving temperature. The temperature is clearly visible and easy to read on the external digital display. Interior LED lights make it easier to view or display products in dim lighting environments, visually enhancing product appearance and increasing sales. This commercial ice cream freezer has a storage capacity of 16 cubic feet and comes with six coated wire storage baskets to hold ice cream, popsicles, desserts and other frozen treats. For easy mobility in any commercial setting, the unit is equipped with six (6) heavy-duty casters, two (2) with brakes. This mobile ice cream cooler is engineered with a heated molded plastic lid frame to prevent frost build-up. Heat reflective glass and 2.5" thick insulation are energy efficient and provide a consistent temperature. The unit has a bottom defrost drain with plug to assist with cleaning. The lid can be locked with the included keys to keep your products secure during off hours. Aceland Corporation offers free curbside shipping for all items, excluding additional accessorial charges (i.e. limited access, redelivery fee, detention fee, etc), unless additionally specified, to all US states, except Hawaii and Alaska (For shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska, please feel free to reach out to us for a competitive quote). Shipping normally takes 2-8 business days, inapplicable to unexpected special occasions that might delay the shipments. Standard Shipping Notes: *Our shipments are not guaranteed delivery, as we cannot control the carrier service once the order has been shipped. The exception to this is orders are placed and shipped using methods that include a guaranteed delivery date. *If an order is cancelled or refused (unless refused as damaged shipment) after it has been shipped, a 25% restocking fee and the full freight cost will be charged to the customer. *Please inspect all units upon arrival no matter what the outside packaging looks like. If there are too many units to inspect, or you are unsure about the inside condition, or the driver refuses to let you inspect the equipment, you MUST write on the proof of delivery/delivery slip before the driver leaves "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION". Failure to do so will result in the loss of a claim and we will not be able to send replacement parts, issue a discount or replace the equipment. Please see the attached for more freight receipt precautions. Aceland cannot be held liable for those damages not listed in the freight acceptance form!
Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals included. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. We also cannot accept returns on orders where a promotional item has not been returned with the order. These ‘extras’ must be included with your return to qualify for a full refund. When repacking an item for return, please be sure to include all the free and promotional items that came with your order as well as all applicable accessories and literature. Generally, as a “rule-of-thumb" you should return the items to us the same way we sent them to you - in the same condition and with all the original contents. If a promotional item is missing, its value will be added to the original price you paid for the order, thus reducing the amount of the refund, if such is issued. All return requests for the orders with any shipments that are drop shipped from our suppliers, we will need follow the return and refund policies by the suppliers. We do not accept returns on customized orders.
To qualify for a refund, our Return Conditions and Return and Exchange Instructions must be followed. If our steps are not followed, a refund may be issued in accordance with the condition of the returned merchandise and the value of any missing items. Refunds are not issued before the merchandise has been received, evaluated and processed by our Returns Team. Our/Manufacturer’s restocking fee charge(s) may differ, to cover our processing, packing and shipping expenses. Additional fees may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging.
