The True T-19FZ-HC reach-in freezer maintains a temperature of 0 degrees Fahrenheit, and staff members can monitor it with an external display. The temperature stays cool with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that runs through a capillary tube system. To protect the evaporator, an epoxy coating is applied to it. Evaporator and condenser fans move air consistently to reduce heat. Since the condensing unit is mounted on the bottom, it is in the coolest area of the kitchen.
Blowing debris, dust, and dirt off the condenser coil, the fan motor reverses for 20 seconds when it starts up. Because the coil is so integral to overall system function, cleaning it regularly and automatically ensures operation is efficient and reliable. Also reducing the system's energy consumption, this self-cleaning helps to maintain the coldest possible storage temperature. Although the reversing motor lengthens the life of the unit, it won't eliminate routine preventative maintenance recommendations.
With a stainless steel floor and aluminum liner, the interior of the True T-19FZ-HC reach-in freezer is resistant to scratches, dents, and corrosion. Polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to provide structure and retain cold air. A black, powder-coated frame rail also adds stability and is mounted with castors for mobility. Inside the cabinet, product sits on three adjustable shelves that are coated in PVC for corrosion resistance. The stainless steel door has a recessed handle and lock.

If there are too many units to inspect, or you are unsure about the inside condition, or the driver refuses to let you inspect the equipment, you MUST write on the proof of delivery/delivery slip before the driver leaves "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION". Failure to do so will result in the loss of a claim and we will not be able to send replacement parts, issue a discount or replace the equipment. Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals included. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. We also cannot accept returns on orders where a promotional item has not been returned with the order. These ‘extras’ must be included with your return to qualify for a full refund. When repacking an item for return, please be sure to include all the free and promotional items that came with your order as well as all applicable accessories and literature. Generally, as a “rule-of-thumb" you should return the items to us the same way we sent them to you - in the same condition and with all the original contents. If a promotional item is missing, its value will be added to the original price you paid for the order, thus reducing the amount of the refund, if such is issued. All return requests for the orders with any shipments that are drop shipped from our suppliers, we will need follow the return and refund policies by the suppliers. We do not accept returns on customized orders.
To qualify for a refund, our Return Conditions and Return and Exchange Instructions must be followed. If our steps are not followed, a refund may be issued in accordance with the condition of the returned merchandise and the value of any missing items. Refunds are not issued before the merchandise has been received, evaluated and processed by our Returns Team. Our/Manufacturer’s restocking fee charge(s) may differ, to cover our processing, packing and shipping expenses. Additional fees may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging.
