Shipping Policies

Aceland Corporation offers free curbside shipping for all items, excluding additional accessorial charges (i.e. limited access, redelivery fee, detention fee, etc), unless additionally specified, to all US states, except Hawaii and Alaska (For shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska, please feel free to reach out to us for a competitive quote). Shipping normally takes 2-8 business days, inapplicable to unexpected special occasions that might delay the shipments. 

Standard Shipping Notes:

*Our shipments are not guaranteed delivery, as we cannot control the carrier service once the order has been shipped. The exception to this is orders are placed and shipped using methods that include a guaranteed delivery date.  

*If an order is cancelled or refused (unless refused as damaged shipment) after it has been shipped, a 25% restocking fee and the full freight cost will be charged to the customer.

*Please inspect all units upon arrival no matter what the outside packaging looks like. ​ If there are too many units to inspect, or you are unsure about the inside condition,  or the driver refuses to let you inspect the equipment, ​you​ MUST write on the proof of delivery/delivery slip before the driver leaves  "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION". Failure to do so will result in the loss of a claim and we will not be able to send replacement parts, issue a discount or replace the equipment. Please see the attached for more freight receipt precautions. Aceland cannot be held liable for those damages not listed in the freight acceptance form!

When Your Shipment Arrives, inspect immediately.

Please thoroughly inspect the freight shipment you receive and take note of visible damages and ensure the driver is aware of them as well. Please document the damage at the point of delivery and detail it on the bill of lading. 

(When you open your order, make sure to keep the original manufacturers packaging on the side, in a case, you have to return the order!)

#1. Accept.

If the shipment looks good, sign for your delivery while still noting "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" in case of any hidden damage found after acceptance.

OR...

If the damages are minor and strictly cosmetic nature, note on the delivery receipt, take pictures and notify Aceland and we will work with you on a solution.

Write down all the damage you see on the acceptance form. If you keep the shipment, make sure you note the damage that you see on the bill that you sign. If the driver only has a PDA (electronic device), make sure you have him note something on paper that he will sign before you allow him to leave. We offer credits or free replacement parts on units signed Damaged. We will not offer credits or free replacement parts when not signed Damaged & listing the specific damages at hand on the acceptance form and taking photos.

#2. Reject.

If the packaging is seriously damaged, you can reject the unit and send it back with the driver. Please note the damage on the delivery receipt, and notify Aceland for us to send you a new unit ASAP. If you do not want to live with the damages you see, in the event the carrier does not want to participate in a freight claim, it is best to refuse the damaged piece and call our Customer Care Team immediately. Note the freight bill with "Refused."

Shipping Damages

*Claims documentation must be submitted within two (2) business days after damage/loss is discovered, and in no event later than three (3) days after delivery for concealed damage claims.* If an item comes damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us immediately, preferably within 2 business days. DO NOT Sign clear for damaged delivery. While we do not anticipate any problems, please be sure to thoroughly inspect each package prior to signing delivery ticket and refuse any damaged equipment/supplies (including hidden damage) before you sign the freight bill. ​ 

Unfortunately, if merchandise is signed for as arriving in good condition, it releases the freight company of any liability and completely closes any freight damage claim opportunities. If there are any damaged packages, you need to refuse the damaged packages and notify us immediately so that we can prepare a replacement as quickly as possible. If you do not, you will have to wait for a freight claim and no replacement will be sent, until claim is resolved.

*We are not responsible for any damages to pickup orders after units leave our will-call location.

Refund policy

By purchasing from Aceland Corporation, you the customer AGREES TO and ACCEPTS all its terms and conditions.

Orders can only be voided on the same day of purchase out of customer's personal reasons, and full payment will be refunded to the original method of payment. Or else, it will be subject to a cancellation default payment, 5% of the total order amount.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 25% restocking fee and two trip costs. Please keep the packaging or pallets until you have inspected the unit to be intact and tested it to be functioning properly. Approved for a return, the unit is requested by the third-party shipping to be seated on and secured to the pallet. You are obliged to make the returned unit in a ready condition for carrier pickup.

 

Return & Exchange Policies

All requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.

All approved returns must be in new, unused and undamaged condition (exclusive of items claimed for damage) and with original packages.

If an exchange is requested out of customers’ personal reasons, customers are supposed to pay for the return shipping and restocking fee. Customers shall still enjoy free shipping of the newly changed items.

 

Shipping in Error

Please contact your sales representative at 626-362-2567 and report the shipping error on receipt of a wrong delivery. We shall arrange the return and exchange of wrongly shipped products for you.

  

Exceptions

Returns are non-applicable for the following items:

Customized Products;

Special-order Items (e.g. items sourced from other manufacturers, standard product upgrades)

Items in the Use.
